Learn to Make Summer Drinks

End of the year is coming…it’s time to make the most of the pleasures of these hot seasons-and make them boil!

On the beach, at the pool or even at happy hour with friends, it’s always good to have incredible drinks recipes for fun and refresh from the heat.

Thinking about it, we chose the three little darlings of the moment so you do not make a mistake. And the ideal pieces to combine with these moments of fun!

Clericot Rosé

Yield:  1 jar
Preparation time:  40 min

Ingredients:

1 bottle of sparkling wine or rosé;
50 ml cherry brandy;
2 bottles of club soda;
2 chopped peaches;
2 chopped apples;
¼ cubed pineapple;
½ chopped mango;
8 chopped strawberries;
1 bunch of Italy grapes(cut in half and without lumps).

Way of doing

Leave all fruits(except the strawberry) enjoying the cherry brandy for 30 minutes. Add the strawberries, club soda and ice and mix well. Add the wine or sparkling rosé and stir lightly with a spoon of long handle.

Aperol Spritz

Yield:  1 cup
Preparation time:  10 min

Ingredients:

3 parts of sparkling wine;
2 parts Aperol;
1 part of sparkling water;
1 slice of orange;
Ice.

Way of doing

In a large glass with ice, mix the ingredients gently and garnish with a slice of orange.

Gin Tonic

Yield:  1 cup
Preparation time:  10 min

Ingredients:

1 part gin;
3 parts of tonic water;
1 slice of lemon;
Ice;

Way of doing

Place ice cubes in a Long Drink glass to the brim. Add the dose of Gin and the lemon slice. Complete with tonic water.
